This notice explains only the contact and message-draft journey on this website. Clinical records, examinations and treatment are covered by separate notices given in the clinical setting.
What the form asks for
- Name, email, country, preferred language and treatment interest
- Optional travel window and a request for accommodation or transfer information
- An optional short message
How the form works
The form does not automatically send information to the clinic. It only prepares a message draft for the WhatsApp or email channel you select.
Nothing is sent to the clinic until you review and send that message yourself.
Special-category data safety
Do not enter or attach medical history, diagnosis, medication lists, X-rays, intraoral images, identity/passport or payment details in the general form or message draft.
If the clinic needs medical information after first contact, ask for an appropriate secure channel and a separate information notice before sharing it.
Recipients and international transfers
If you send the message yourself through WhatsApp or email, the provider of the selected platform and the clinic receive it. Those platforms may have their own privacy terms and international processing practices.
Keep the first message to the minimum contact information needed and do not include health data.
Purpose, retention and your rights
This website does not process the form as a server-side patient intake. You may ask the clinic in writing about the retention period and handling terms for any message you send directly.
